Fly-fish
mere steps away in the river named one of the top best for brook and brown
trout. Canoe or kayak to find breath-taking views otherwise not
seen. The area is famous for hunting that trophy buck. If you prefer
boating, 6 miles away is the Boney Falls/uppco basin reservoir and campground
which has free public access for your boat launch and/or swimming and picnicking.
Toilets and pumped water are available at this location.
Cozy
living room done in knotty pine. Features a sofa, two plush chairs,
television with satellite access and HBO premium channels. Large sliding
door allows fabulous views of the river where you can watch the eagles fish
right in front of you, or watch the deer and wild turkey as they come by.
Sparkling
clean, modern kitchen features oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster and all pots, pans and utensils. Plates, mugs, glasses and
silverware are also provided.

bedrooms. Master bedroom has a double sized bed, the second bedroom has a
double sized bed, and the third bedroom has two camp cots and an air mattress
with pump. All bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) are freshly cleaned and
provided for you as are towels.
Central
air conditioning/forced air heat. Deck
overlooking the river, large fire pit at the river's edge for campfires, grill
for bar-b-q. Wild raspberries surround the area fresh for the picking!
There are 2 full bathrooms here, however there is NO pressurized water available
to the house during the winter. There is a hand pump outside with delicious well water for
all uses. For bathing, you can do "camp baths" - heat up water
on the stove and fill up the tub. You can drain the tubs directly from
their drains. For toilet use, there is a lockable outhouse immediately out
the door....in addition, we have our own version of a porta-potty for indoor
use. Hey, it all adds to the northwoods ambiance!

Please note a deposit of $150.00 is required as security against damage/theft which is fully refundable provided there is no loss or damages after vacating.
Rental payment in full and the security deposit are due no later than 10 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel your plans 7 days or less prior to your arrival, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be retained.
